The water dispenser has 3 taps for hot, cold, and normal water. Switch ON the button at the back to enable hot and cold water options. For normal and cold water, the same storage tank is used hence sometimes when the water dispenser is not used for more than 6 hours (like at night) then in the morning the water would be slightly cold in a Normal tap as well. Take out one glass of water to remove cold water, from the second glass onwards, normal water will start flowing in.
